Asha is so tuned into the body, he can figure out what needs attention and work. He is the best massage professional I have ever been to. I meant and understand my body such much more after a session with him.
Asha is a master healer. He knows exactly how to find the most tense and knotted parts of my musculature and elbow them into putty. I feel significant relief. After the massage, he teaches about body mechanics and how my bad posture is leading to chronic pain in those tense areas. I need to book another appointment now.
Asha really took care of me throughout our sessions. Not only did he help through massage therapy but also gave me tips and workouts to help strengthen my core, lower back, and neck to help slowly correct my posture and overall health. I went through at least 7 masseuse's before I found Asha he is GEM. He's the ONLY masseuse that I can find that puts in the hard work to resolve the source of my pains and not just make me feel good on the table. He helped me fix my posture and adjust my body mechanics for the repetitive movements I do at work causing pain. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt be able to do the work I do.
