I have been attending Functional Health in Biggera Waters for over a year now. I struggled to stick to an exercise regime yet well aware I needed to, having osteoporosis and getting older. Gardell is the reason I have been able to stick with it this time. He is genuinely friendly and his manner supportive and encouraging. I feel stronger AND I don't look for an excuse not to go! Thanks Gardell for getting me across that line.

I visit Functional Health Biggera Waters twice each week where I perform an Exercise Physiology program tailored for me by by Gardell, a qualified EP. I’m 72 years old and I’ve been to several gyms over the years and I usually lose motivation after a few months but I’ve been doing my routine at FH for over a year and I still enjoy it which in itself is a great testimony to the excellent and cheerful staff and the quality of assistance the give to me. I have been attending Functional Health Biggera Waters for physio and exercise physiology for a number of years. The tailored programs and treatment they offer assist me with a better quality of lifestyle which I did not have before attending their practice. The staff are all very friendly and professional and I look forward to our weekly chats during my treatment/exercise. Cheers
