Barbara was excellent. Relaxing massage and exercises to do at home.
Great and attentive massage therapists, who invest the time to find root cause of issues/pain and discuss possible causes and solutions. Also researches techniques and rehab practices to improve movement and identify weaknesses which lead to the issues.
