Tanvir was my occupational therapist through ICBC and her support was invaluable following my accident. I found her to be kind, professional, and genuinely interested in my recovery. She helped me through a difficult time and I am fortunate to have received both physical and emotional support. Thanks once again Tanvir and many blessings. I would highly recommend this company for anyone seeking recovery following an accident.
Have had competent and thorough followup, support and advice from an OT from FunctionAbility for my elderly mother who broke her kneecap after being hit by a car. She was a great liaison with ICBC. Appreciated her being there while my mother recovered from her injury.

Worst OT experience I’ve had. Tanvir Sidhu was assigned as my OT during the first three months after my accident, and my safety was put at risk on multiple occasions. At the time, I did not fully understand the role of an Occupational Therapist, but after working with other OT, the difference in experience and clinical judgment was obvious. Several of my needs were overlooked, and lower-cost equipment was ordered that did not feel appropriate for my condition.
