I had a great experience with the physiotherapy services at Function 101. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. My physiotherapist, Sabrina, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel well cared for. However, my experience with the front desk staff, Illiana, was disappointing. She came across as condescending and arrogant, with a dismissive tone, and fingers pointing at me, that made me feel unwelcome. It’s been just a few months of working with Larissa (RMT) and Tatsiana (Physio) but already seeing progress in my movement! My goal was to recover better and improve strength and mobility to help me translate it over to playing soccer. Excited to keep working with both to get me ready for summer soccer season!
Currently seeing one of the chiropractors. Chose this clinic because allied services share one space and they work as a team, and very family friendly.
