Excellent staff for both your physiotherapy and chiropractor needs
Sam at Function101 was a huge reason I was able to complete my first marathon! I am prone to running injuries so my main goal for this marathon was to get to the start line. Sam helped keep me healthy and manage a few setbacks that popped up during training so that I could get to the line feeling strong. I really felt like she met me where I was at and we worked together throughout the entire process. Because of her guidance, my marathon experience far exceeded my expectations. I look forward to continuing working with her!
Excellent service, would highly recommend. I was struggling with knee pain from running for about 8 months. Booked an appointment with Claire D’Amico and she was able to effectively diagnose the root cause of the issue as stemming from a muscle imbalance and recommended various exercises and stretches. I have since been able to start running again and building back-up pain free. Would strongly encourage others to try them out if they are struggling with running injuries.
I started seeing Sabrina for pelvic floor physiotherapy when I was about halfway through my pregnancy, and continued to see her postpartum as I recovered from a c-section. I can’t say enough good things about her support throughout the entire journey. She is extremely knowledgeable, warm, and patient-centred. She played such an integral role in preparing me for birth, and also in my recovery afterwards. I genuinely looked forward to our appointments together and learned so much from her!
This place has been an amazing experience from top to bottom! Molly (physiotherapist) has been a lifesaver for me. Very effective treatment for my back pain and really kind/approachable/collaborative through the whole process. The admin staff has also always been lovely - very kind and accommodating going above and beyond for me. 10 out of 10!!!!
