I joined Emma’s alignment class at True Woo in Cronulla — a gentle blend of movement and meditation. While I do take time for myself (like going to the gym and walks on the beach), even that often feels like go, go, go. Emma’s class was a much-needed invitation to slow down, breathe, and simply be. It was the perfect reset.
