Had a 45 minute physio assessment with Joel yesterday. He's brilliant! Explained things in an easy to understand manner and gave me some exercises to do moving forward. I'll be back for a sports massage soon.

Since the start of April, I've been going to see Michael once a week at Function Jigsaw. I sustained a broken neck playing rugby and as a result I needed to wear a neck brace for 7 weeks. After it was removed I went and saw Michael, a qualified sports physiotherapist, for the right treatment. I can't recommend Function Jigsaw highly enough. Michael's friendly approach, in-depth knowledge and expertise shone through and I immediately knew I that I was in safe hands. He took time to explain in detail what was causing my issues and gave me confidence that together we could sort them. Regular appointments coupled with homework in the form of exercises and the dreaded foam roller has now sorted me out, so thank you Michael and the wonderful Function Jigsaw team.
