Had a sports massage with Joel for shoulder tension and discomfort. He did a great mobility and strength assessment which was very useful. The massage really eased my trap tension and I was given exercises to improve my weaker shoulder. Great service all round.
Michael was so helpful in getting back to normal after I broke my ankle earlier in the year. Really helped me get my confidence back. Thank you!
Had a 45 minute physio assessment with Joel yesterday. He's brilliant! Explained things in an easy to understand manner and gave me some exercises to do moving forward. I'll be back for a sports massage soon.

Since the start of April, I've been going to see Michael once a week at Function Jigsaw. I sustained a broken neck playing rugby and as a result I needed to wear a neck brace for 7 weeks. After it was removed I went and saw Michael, a qualified sports physiotherapist, for the right treatment. Through a combination of daily exerscises from Michael and the weekly visits, the strength and movement has continuely improved, along with my confidence.
