We are an innovative, research based physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy outpatient clinic. We deliver one on one care at all times. We are the only Redcord therapy provider in the region, which is ideal for treating back pain, orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain diagnoses. We conduct physical therapy across all patient populations, and are one of the only clinics that hold specialties in geriatrics.

I have such a good time up there even though my therapy is challenging, everyone is encouraging and fun to work with.
I went to Function First in Shreveport for a knee injury, nerve pain in my back, and hyper mobility related issues for several months. If I’m ever in need of physical therapy again, I know exactly where I will go. I can’t say enough about the whole team-Donald, Dennis, Matt, Nikko, Denise, and everyone there. Their services and professionalism is much better than typical PT, OT, etc!!
Messed up something in my upper back from handstand pushups and these guys got me back 100%! Nikko and Matt Sermons were the therapists I saw and they did a great job. I'm typically a very nervous person but I started feeling comfortable around them very quickly.
