I bought their product for a while now, mostly from AMZ, but one specific drain plug wasn't there so I bought directly from them, and then realized that it wouldn't arrive on time for my oil change (my bad), I contacted them for an ETA and told them my situation and they were incredible nice to just upgrade the shipping method for a faster one for free. SUPER NICE support, and incredible well done and convenient product.

I've been using Fumoto valves for years. Super slick, safe, and reliable. No need for wrench/socket and you're far less likely to strip or over-torque the oil pan drain. No mess, no fuss, and you can change hot oil much more safely. Put an 8" tube on the nipple and you're good to go. Definite recommend.
