Dernière étape de notre road trip, il nous fallait du véritable sirop d’érable ! Après avoir découvert cette érablière sur le site de la ville d’Ottawa, nous ne sommes pas déçus d’être venus, même hors saison. L’équipe a pris le temps de nous expliquer les différentes étapes de la récolte, de partager toutes les informations nécessaires, et a su transformer ce simple achat en un moment réfléchi et enrichissant. Une belle découverte authentique pour conclure notre voyage au Canada Merci Beaucoup !

One of the best things we've done in Canada! I would definitely recommend paying a little extra for the tour.
Had a lovely tour, where we learned lots and had an excellent guide! We enjoyed the taffy, breakfast sandwiches, the apple slices by the fire, and the maple syrup is delicious. And to top it off, there was an adorable dog.
