Having been a customer and fan of Fultons both in Belfast & Lurgan over the years I have to say my experience today would stop me from ever returning again. I was followed around the store by a dreadful male member of staff who made me feel like I was going to steal something! Offered no help whatsoever and when I did chose both a painting and a pot that I was very happy to purchase his abrupt and snooty manner advising we don’t do any kind of return if its not right for your home…it’s “too much work for us” put me off compl... read more
