Best customer service in Mitchell. Everyone treats you like family. Got to love a Bank with small town values but all the services of the chain banks.

Was new to Mitchell and they wouldn't swap out a 100 dollar bill for quarters. I left a poor review and had to go in for some other bussiness with other accounts. Who I believe to be the branch manager pulled me aside to elaborate they have limited amount of coins and they focus on assisting their members. My constructive criticism would be always try and help outsiders in the community as well. That's how you get new business. Garbage bank. I'm new to Mitchell and they wouldn't even exchange my bill into quarters. I have to get an account with alot of money. Guess I WON'T be using them. 🤷
