Great local bank Personally I prefer to use local banks as opposed to the large ones. At the Phoenix branch of Fulton Savings Bank, I have gotten personalized service and I think their rates and fees are VERY reasonable compared to many other banks. They have totally free checking accounts, great hours for drive through services, AND you can use KeyBank ATM's with NO FEE.
