Excessive fees, to the point where you use a free ATM and still get charged ATM fees. $32 for a overdraft fee that could have been avoided if you just declined the card. Happened 3 times because of electronic payments. Had a savings account that was just closed without any contact to me, because of "lacking activity" But literally had direct deposit going to the account so had to have missing funds redirected after I found out the account was closed without my permission. Took a very stressful time and made it even more stressful. Trying to buy a house is a stressful event in someone life.
