I'm the POA for my brother, and in being so, I had to find a bank willing to open an account for him with just my POA signature and request. This turned out to be more daunting than one could have imagined. Because he isn't available to speak with either, I was turned down by no less than 6 banks. Update - as of June 22,2024 the torn, faded American Flag is still flying. Disgraceful Fulton Bank at Hanbury in Chesapeake VA. Employees are great herein Great Bridge location. My complaint is the American Flag is faded and torn so badly it looks fringed! I did use the drive through and told the woman it should be removed. 2 days later still up on the pole! Not only is this a military community, Flag Day is June 14, tomorrow!! No business with Billion dollars in assets should have trouble getting a new flag. Thank you
