The nursing and care staff are courteous, friendly, caring. The rehabilitation staff are dedicated,knowledgable,caring. Social workers seem to be overwhelmed but do try to accommodate family requests. There should be more preparation for the family when a patient is discharged. It appears that care plans for the discharged patient is done at the last minute so there is not much time to train for the transition home as is promised.
