Just did a refinance at a lower interest rate with 0 fees. However the staff were not professional, every step of this were filled with delays and errors ..When they finally got to the closing (2 months after i applied!), I rcvd a letter from my orig. mortg. that their payoff ck came 4 days later than the payoff amount thereby leaving 25.33 interest to be satisfied! it's been very slow getting Fulton to absorb this .Theyy agreed to pay it and I should go to the bank with their check to pay it.
