I had a the best experience with Krystal at Fulton Bank on Saturday while I was looking into switching banks. She was so warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Krystal explained the different account options clearly and made the entire process easy to understand. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a great impression on me. whoever is the woman not manager. Has horrible helping skills doesn't listen. Threat me if my card was hacked 2nd time she said she would not allow me to bank their anymore. p.s. I've banked with Fulton for 15 yrs. I will continue to go to the Lakewood branch before ever going bk to this one.... no matter how close. if I could give half a star If I could. Also there is no drive thru. very little parking. outside atm with no protection
