Received a cashier's check improperly signed resulted in a two week delay for me. Hours of operations improperly posted on the website resulted in two trips to the bank to fix their mistake. Poor service , stupid mistakes and customers are paying for them.

I do my business banking here. They have a professional staff that goes the extra distance to provide superb customer service. Thanks to Anne and Miki for going above and beyond what's normally expected! Highly recommend.

I also have a familiar negative experience at ths branch as well. I figured I would support the local branch since I lived in the area but there's this HEAD teller that seems to want to run the place with an iron hand. We have six different accounts with this branch. Everything from custodial accounts to checking accounts to safe deposit box. A simple task like breaking a $20.00 bill requires your account number AND a photo ID. They make eveything so tedious and unpleasant.

You want to feel like just a number? Open an account with this branch. I’m a business owner and use 3 Fulton of Nj branch’s. This particular branch is by far the worst. When I am at the branch filling out a deposit slip you hear the employees talking about customer problems. So unprofessional!Also this particular branch has different compliance than all the other branch’s. They need ID for everything, meanwhile I’m in the bank 2-3 times per week. When I go in the other branch’s I never have an issue.
