I've banked at this branch for many years and things have always been great! The previous AM (who sadly left yesterday) was amazing when it came to providing support during our home buying process years ago. Unfortunately, the only downfall I am now encountering is Teavana. She is always miserable and short with me. Never smiles and always appears annoyed. She refuses to provide account info, provide acct number when making deposits, and clearly just wants to hurry up.
