The staff is always generous and helpful. I had an urgent issues earlier this week and stopped the branch for assistance. Dawn was able to help me solution it and I was able to remediate the issue quickly.
I have been Banking with Fulton for over 35 years, personally and with my Business. There have been many stand out employees through the years but most recently I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Johnson at the Mantua Branch and I couldn’t have been happier with the way she handled the issue I was having. She single handily confirmed why I continue doing business with Fulton.

I don’t have an account here, but my mom does- I ask the lady at the front to use the bathroom. She tells me I have to check in, check in to use the bathroom? Ridiculous.
