Rachel was so helpful in providing financial guidance after my husbands death. She took time and made me feel empowered in picking up the pieces and moving forward
They charged me and 6 fees after I stopped using the account totally 170 in 2-3 months. They told me they could only refund 2 overdrafts max and refused to help me out even tho I've never overdrafted with them before or even received a fee. Ultimately they wouldn't let me close my account until I paid at least 106 in fees. If your looking for a bank that cares more about providing great service then collecting fees don't go here.
Pleasant experience there today - opened my first business checking account! I'm glad a friendly bank is right down the street from where I live and they have all the online and mobile capabilities that the big banks offer
WORST hours. They only have hours when most people are at work. Can not instant transfer into any account so I can never deposit money unless I wait 3 days for transfers. I found another...more convenient...bank. thanks for the response which does not address my complaint. I tried to call and I waited over 1 hour before I hung up
