The manager Angela is the best.. Her top concern was safety and we took care of that.. she is the best!
Terrible customer service. Came into talk to someone about money markets. Come to find out all the bank representatives are hiding in the back. The only way to talk to someone was to have the teller call someone. Well since there was only one teller tied up by some nimrod doing God knows how many transactions I decided to c if the teller could call a rep up. He told me he would b right with me instead of making a quick call to a rep he went right back to what he was doing. Terrible.
They'll over draft you the minutes your account goes under. And they can only refund up to 2 fees a year.
