Stay far away from Fulton. Employees don’t seem to know or care. The entire transfer from republic to Fulton was horrible. I was locked out of my account for well over a week. I had no other options but to transfer to td bank.
Absolutely terrible! I banked w Fulton ~15 years ago and wasn't happy then, so transferred to TD :) . Now yrs later, my business used Republic bank. Since they closed, I was forced to use Fulton. I have not had access to my business account for OVER A WEEK NOW!. Nobody is available, nobody cares....left at least 4 messages and also sent emails - zero replies. A cashiers check was given to me and the person thought it was best that I go to the bank to cash it. The bank teller Francis, verified the information from the check and called to confirm my name on the check. The manager, Michelle O’Hara denied it. And told them that I needed to cash it through my bank only. I then explained to Francis and the other bank teller that was the wrong information, and I stated it was unfair for it to be denied if they already got confirmation from the customer.
