No one answers the phone. No one returns calls when a message is left. No one responds to emails. 1.5 years to set up accounts and we still have issues with the accounts. Even Customer Service at the toll free number isn't great. If you have a choice...go elsewhere!!!
The Netcong Branch is great. Leigh is always available to help. Service there is quick and painless.
Don't expect any real service here. No interest on anything, the few cheap things they took away, business bulletin board for customers, my branch in Landing. I'm sure the coin machine will go next. Banks are just the worst these days. Since my first review Fulton has closed the closest branch to me in Succasunna. Had I not just purchased all new checks, when they announced closing Succasunna, I would have closed my account and gone to another bank. Both Elijah and Wendy consistently go out of their way to answer my questions and make my life easier.
I could not be happier with the service at the Netcong branch.The officers are willing to drop everything to help you. The tellers are amazing. Always walk out with a smile and a lollipop... haha !!!
