I could not be happier with the service at the Netcong branch.The officers are willing to drop everything to help you. The tellers are amazing. Always walk out with a smile and a lollipop... haha !!!
I live 20 miles away but staying with Netcong branch
I am writing this review on behalf of my son whos has been a Fulton Bank customer for over 20 years. He recently lost his ID which was not always required to do banking. A manager named Alisha decided to not allow him to deposit money into his account. She decided to implement her own policies for my son that were not those of Fulton Bank. He then went to her supervisor who we thought rectified the situation. Her number was given to him by Alisha's coworkers who felt badly for how she was treating him. We come here for many years and the people have been nice and helpful.
Some tellers are helpful, but a majority are just rude and clearly unhappy.
