by far the most valuable, hardest working, and kindest employee at this branch is elizabeth “liz” starr.
Spoke with Bonnie about account options. In which she said "there are no exceptions" for me. Besides the lack of knowledge about her own company, and lack of respect, the pure assumption that I am there to give her money was appalling.
Fix your ATMs. Put a sign up when they're out of service so that way, your customers don't have to pull around twice unnecessarily. And if someone sends a teller the withdraw slip through the tube transporter with all the info you need to grab cash and send it back, don't make your customers wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes+. Hire more people because this was absurd
