I've been a member for about 9 years. They were great until they switched my account from a savings to a checking. Ever since auto withdrawals never work. For the past month and a half I've been dealing with this, back and fourth phone calls, trying to fix it but all they say is the same thing repeatedly. On Oct 26,2018 I stopped by because my 2 year old daughter, who I am potty training, needed to use the restroom. Thinking that a bank is a place that helps the community I stopped at this location. I walked in with my 6 month old and 2 year old to a EMPTY bank with two women (in their 50's if I had to guess) and asked if I could use their restroom.
