The tellers were very kind and patient, and there was no wait in line when I visited on a Saturday morning. Thank you for the great customer service!

Terrible experience today with Keith Myers. Could not explain error. He does not know or have any knowledge of product that Fulton Bank offer.
They will gladly over draft you and charge you fees on top. I forgot about the account since I moved and some how my account accumulated to 170 in fees. They ultimately told me they would only refund 2 fees and cannot help further and I would need to pay 106 to close my account. They wouldn't even garrantee my account would fully close after I pay. Don't use this bank if you expect any help in a weird situation.
Love this place ! They always take care of my business like it is their own! Keep up the good work!
