Terrible service, they have no character to attend they are 2 girls they don't know what they do so long just to cash a check
No one ever answers the phone not at the branch not at the main customer service number it is ridiculous i been calling for 3 days about 3 or 4 times each day different hours on hold for over 55 minutes. Just to get a stupid confirmation for my job to pay me on this account. Just answer the darn phone. People work and can’t go in the branch before closing time.
