No one ever answers the phone not at the branch not at the main customer service number it is ridiculous i been calling for 3 days about 3 or 4 times each day different hours on hold for over 55 minutes. Just to get a stupid confirmation for my job to pay me on this account. Just answer the darn phone. People work and can’t go in the branch before closing time.

Terrible customers services. Online for hours
I have been trying to get access to my Locker in Edison Bracch for more than a month as we lost the key. Not getting any commited date when will this happen. This is so frustrating that we can not access our stuff for more than a month now.
