Wierd drive thru but it works
Horrible costumer service is an understatement. Was talking to Eduardo and he hung up on me twice. He was rude and disrespectful. I ended Calling the 1 800 number and they told me that i have to talk this location again since they were the ones that screwed up. Now I have to talk to unprofessional staff.
Good at the branch level, an out of control dumpster fire at corporate level. Mortgage people are terrible.
