This bank in general is horrible. They never call me back can't get a hold of anyone. I deposit a check from a customer and they put the check on hold for 3 weeks I called the customer she said her check is been cashed 2 days later. I have another check next week but I made up my mind to stay with the other bank where I bank at and also have a business account. But fulton bank i will be closing the account with them. Had to take care of several accounts at the back and Crystal was not only helpful, she was knowledgeable too. Excellent customer services at a local bank… it’s a pleasure to have that as a resource nearby!
They ignored me by the drive through window for 8 min till the bank closed.
The worst experience working with them after closing !! I regret choosing them to service my home loan. They screwed up some info in the system and I’m unable to even pay my loan online , over the phone , or in the branch. I’ve been calling for two weeeks straight , wait times over an hour. My loan officer Dwain D. hasn’t been helpful in trying to help me figure this out. It’s really been a headache. Please choose someone else to service your loan.
