Had to take care of several accounts at the back and Crystal was not only helpful, she was knowledgeable too. Excellent customer services at a local bank… it’s a pleasure to have that as a resource nearby!
They ignored me by the drive through window for 8 min till the bank closed.
The worst experience working with them after closing !! I regret choosing them to service my home loan. They screwed up some info in the system and I’m unable to even pay my loan online , over the phone , or in the branch. I’ve been calling for two weeeks straight , wait times over an hour. My loan officer Dwain D. hasn’t been helpful in trying to help me figure this out. It’s really been a headache. Please choose someone else to service your loan.
