The deposit and payment processes are excessively slow, leading to delayed receipts. Although I have set up automatic payments from my account anticipating timely transactions, they are not being executed as scheduled. As a result, I am contemplating account closure.
My husband and I went to go deposit checks from our wedding. The teller was unfriendly and told us that he can't deposit that many checks. He told us we would have to open a joint account but that the woman to help us was with a customer (there was no customer at the desk) and that she can't do it today. We left and went to the Fulton Bank near Kingsway, and the woman was friendly and deposited our checks with no problem, with no joint account, in under 5 minutes. Will close my account due to the drive-through always closed. I sat waiting over an hour to go inside, and no one ever came.
