I highly recommend you find a different bank to finance a mortgage/construction project. Fulton bank is by far the worst to work with when it comes to requirements, actually handing over the funds they promised and just about every other aspect. Worse bank in the country tellers are stupid. Opened a checking account 7 to 14 day wait for debit card but they never order it. Called and they said card is re-order the idiots mailed to wrong location.
