I don't even want to give them one star. I have been a Fulton Bank customer for 7 years. I have never had a quick and smooth transaction with this Branch. I've had unacceptable wait times at the drive through when there have been workers standing there, seen through the window. Their drive up ATM Malfunctions More than it is in working order. I will not be returning to this Branch again

I highly recommend you find a different bank to finance a mortgage/construction project. Fulton bank is by far the worst to work with when it comes to requirements, actually handing over the funds they promised and just about every other aspect. We’ve worked with other banks that make the process much easier. The closing process was a complete disaster. Even their own title company was complaining about what a disorganized mess this bank is. Worse bank in the country tellers are stupid. Opened a checking account 7 to 14 day wait for debit card but they never order it. Called and they said card is re-order the idiots mailed to wrong location.
