My wife and I were lifetime customers of Fulton Bank for over twenty years. We chose them because of the integrity that they used to have as a banking instiution. Major changes in the management have lost sight of the importance of their customers and proper training in their employees. This location has made so many mistakes with our accounts that we had to switch to another bank.
Very knowledgeable group. They have helped me navigate financial decisions and feel comfortable in making them.
This Bank is practically a SCAM someone opened a account in my name using my identity & I've tried to close it down for over 30 days - if you're a crook you will enjoy this bank
The rep I mostly interacted with, Takako Cullison, was wonderful. Made things easy to understand and my wire was done quickly. The teller, whose name I believe is Travis, on the other hand, had an attitude problem. Everything I asked was answered in a very rude way, the instant he was done talking to me he called his buddy on the phone and started talking again, who he had been talking to when I walked in.
