Thanks to these folks I will be getting evicted I was given a check for rental assistance by an agency and they would not cash it. After I pleaded with them I'm getting evicted if my rent isn't paid today. But of course they don't care because it's not them. will be closing my account
I went to this location, only to find that after 10 minutes, the lane I was in was closed. I don't understand why an orange cone or any type of signage couldn't be placed to avoid this. Then after waiting in the correct lane when I attempted to purchase 2 dollar bills, that I couldn't do a bill exchange unless I was a customer. Based on the customer service encountered, I will pass.
Literally the worst bank I’ve ever used in forty years and multiple states. Service always takes three times as long as any other bank. More than half the time my transaction is inaccurate. I’ll be so glad to not have to go here
Probably the most positive and comfort experience I ever had at a bank!! Chris Hays is the best sales and service specialist. His kindness towards me and knowledge of the bank keep me coming to this location only. Very satisfied customer.
