I find their executive team is very knowledgeable as well as responsive. I have yet to have any issues with them for the past decade.
Stopped doing business at this bank due to the fact they can't open up the doors. Covid hype is over! Since they won't let you come in lobby, they still make you go thru a narrow drive thru and sit there when gas is over $4 a gallon. Also some of staff working there leaves you wondering where they found them.
Worst drive thru ever!!! Make you wait 15 20 minutes just to wait on you. Another 5 minutes for them to give you your money. I can understand if it's only one person inside but when l see 2 or 3 its ridiculous. Some people have appointments to get too. Dont have all the time in the world to wait.
The fact that this bank does not have walk- in hours is RIDICULOUS! Covid is no longer an excuse. Plus, they have awful drive through window hours. Talk about lack of customer service. The poor hard working customer that can’t make it to the bank by 4:00 is out of luck. Time to find a new bank!
