This used to be a friendly bank, now they change new money CD accounts and don’t inform long standing customers I don’t recommend talking to Stephanie Herrnadez , not very friendly
If you are looking for a dependable bank with whom to do business, do NOT go to this branch! Fulton Banks are good. I highly recommend the banking system. We have used Fulton Bank for over 20 years. However, the Somerville branch quite frankly sucks! I have seen the staff knowledge decline to the point where I would only recommend using this branch to deposit funds or take out funds; essentially functioning as an atm!
