This used to be a friendly bank, now they change new money CD accounts and don’t inform long standing customers I don’t recommend talking to Stephanie Herrnadez , not very friendly
If you are looking for a dependable bank with whom to do business, do NOT go to this branch! Fulton Banks are good. I highly recommend the banking system. We have used Fulton Bank for over 20 years. However, the Somerville branch quite frankly sucks! I have seen the staff knowledge decline to the point where I would only recommend using this branch to deposit funds or take out funds; essentially functioning as an atm! I would NEVER thought that I could write a rating like this one for a Bank, nevertheless I would like to congratulate the management first, but also every single worker at this branch. From the very first time they were absolutely nice and helpful in every way possible. They all appear to like their job, what they do, and the work environment. Thank you so much for making every time a pleasant visit!
