I have never been so impressed with a bank and its employees in my life. Over the years, I’ve been part of several banks for different reasons such as business, college, personal, you name it. I was just at that bank not even five minutes ago standing in line. There were people in front of me at the front and they were seeing the receptionist at the front. The gentleman came out of his office and asked me if I needed any help and what I needed I told him I was just gonna withdraw money. There was a lady behind me who came in and he asked her the same question. I have been a Fulton bank customer for five years. Overall, I have found the managers (there have been three during my time as a customer) and staff to be pleasant and helpful. In the interest of full disclosure, there is one employee I've had a rocky relationship with, but over time, that seems to have settled into a state of mutual, but polite disdain. I can accept that. I simply avoid that individual whenever posiible. More importantly, this branch of Fulton bank is managed like an old fashioned local bank. You can speak ... read more
If I could give this place no stars I would, from the managers to the employees in this branch they are all horrendous. Don't ever go to this branch it's the worst
