I was just at that bank not even five minutes ago standing in line. There were people in front of me at the front and they were seeing the receptionist at the front. The gentleman came out of his office and asked me if I needed any help and what I needed I told him I was just gonna withdraw money. There was a lady behind me who came in and he asked her the same question. I have been a Fulton bank customer for five years. Overall, I have found the managers (there have been three during my time as a customer) and staff to be pleasant and helpful. In the interest of full disclosure, there is one employee I've had a rocky relationship with, but over time, that seems to have settled into a state of mutual, but polite disdain. I can accept that.
