Hi Fulton Bank (formerly Republic) I hope you listen to these reviews and not just post automatic replies . Here’s issues you can improve on : 1. Improve customer service . Actually care and be friendly to customers . 2. Answer the phone . This is the only bank that phone calls are not answered . 3. I wanted to open money market account. There is only one person attending to CDs , special, opening and closing accounts . You wait and no one even acknowledges you’re there . One of the tellers hid behind the counter. Absolute garbage company. The mobile app is terrible, and if you have a problem with your account, forget about it. They do not answer the phones. I called 20 times today so far (it's 1:13 pm), and not one person answered me. Terrible customer service, terrible service all around. Avoid this bank at all costs! I had no choice because of Republic's switchover. Do not trust these people with your money!
Awful customer service. Very unprofessional. We went in to conduct a bank transfer and everyone looked at us as if we were bothering them. Didn’t know what to do, and gave my wife and I such a negative attitude. Almost like they are doing us a favor.
Went to bank to conduct business requiring a customer service rep. Only one was on premises and I was told he was participating in a videoconference and could not help me. They told me to come back some other time.
