All banks around here are friendly but, with most other Banks in Delaware checking accounts require a $500 minimum. I think that is discriminatory and that is not the case at Fulton. I was able to open one with $100 and I'm pretty sure there is no minimum to open one. It's definitely not as tech savvy as other Banks, like the app is not great for deposits, but I really don't mind. I'd rather do deposits in person. I hope they open more branches.
