I have been trying to get someone on the phone for over a week with no luck. I have no other complaints about this bank they are great just wish they had more people able to answer the phones. The hours I work don’t match up with your business hours unfortunately, so calling is my only option at the moment..
I have been a long time customer using this location near home and another near work. I tried to withdrawal money and the ATM shut down and did not give me my money!!! I went into the bank and notified them what happened. A gentleman from the back asked if I had an account there. I answered YES. It should not matter. Two women workers removed the ATM machines money holder and said it was jammed!!!!! however, we can not give you your money. I filled out a form and was told I would be called. Tried making a withdrawal and they locked my account????? After i put my check on their so now they have my 3k check and I can’t touch it
