I’ve been a customer at Fulton Bank for a while, and I have to say, Kim is absolutely the best teller I’ve ever worked with. She is always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. Kim takes the time to explain things clearly, writes out my transactions carefully, and makes banking simple and stress-free. She truly cares about her customers and it shows in every interaction. I’m so grateful to have Kim assisting me—she’s a real asset to the branch!

I have been trying to get someone on the phone for over a week with no luck. I have no other complaints about this bank they are great just wish they had more people able to answer the phones. The hours I work don’t match up with your business hours unfortunately, so calling is my only option at the moment..
