Poor customer service. Breanna stated no supervisor can help me with my concerns. After asking for her name she refuse to give. Supervisor pick up phone and said it’s policy not to give last name when I needed it for documentation on July 7th at 3:20 pm
This location is the only reason we still deal with this bank. Allen and Toni have been invaluable and have repeatedly helped with the multiple issues caused by the woman at the Willow Valley location. Allen and Toni have provided stellar customer service, patience, understanding, and kindness.
