Great customer service all the time. You can go to any staff member and they all do great job resolving your issues or whatever query you have. Everyone is so helpful. Thank you so much!
My friend and I went in to break a $100 bill and was told you must have an account number to make the machine work. Totally contradicts the purpose of a bank dropping the ball on servicing one of the most simplest requests. Horrible customer service!
Teller wouldn't even break a $20 without being a bank customer... come on now seriously?
