A very difficult place to do business. Since the closed off the wall and put cameras in drive through there is no accountability.
Tried to call the Hellam branch multiple times - no answer. Trying customer service line - ridiculous phone tree trying to reach customer care for one simple question. On hold for 10 minutes and still holding. Time to find a new bank!!
Terrible service on a regular basis. One of the tellers is extremely petty! Ridiculous that it's drive through only. Currently 9 ppl waiting in the drive through! I've been here for 10 minutes and not 1 car in front of me has moved! Extremely inconsiderate to the customers! Ready to switch banking outfits!
