I see a lot of reviews on here about the staff being rude. Personally, after over a decade, I haven't had a bad experience yet, account service related or otherwise. However, I have seen people in bad moods come into the bank already upset, allowing any small inconvenience to set them off on an employee. Many such cases. Absolutely some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with, every employee acts as if they're doing you a favor. Horrible
