We went to this branch location to do a POA in 2024. Today, I went to the branch to use the POA for the account holder, as she recently had surgery on one of her toes. I was informed the POA didn't exist. Because the account holder needed to pay a bill, I had to bring in the elderly account holder to get a cashier's check for her bill. Wouldn't recommend this branch as they lose paperwork and do not follow through.
Great bank with excellent customer service! I love the staff at my local branch too! Amber Logan is terrific along with all the other staff. They are knowledgeable on bank services and able to connect you to someone who is if they don’t know and they follow up when they say they will!
Today the cashier was very rude and disrespectful to me,this never happened to me,she need training , probably because I'm Spanish.
