Not my normal branch. Had a deposit, no problem....but then the Teller wanted to ask me some questions. I reluctantly said OK but then relented when I did not feel comfortable with the questions. Then I was asked if I needed anything else and I replied I needed more deposit slips which I NEVER received. Banking is really not for the benefit of the everyday people.
Why is this location even open? You can’t get in the lobby and then I try to use the drive-through. ATM is always down and even though I see three people they act like they couldn’t see me.
This branch is a absolute joke. They have closed the lobby meaning unless you make an appointment you must use drive up. I generally only go to this location to get change for my job when I'm in a pinch. A simple thing like this ended up on multiple occasions taking well over 20 minutes. There is absolutely no excuse for that and there is NO reason you should have the lobby closed.
This has got to be the worst bank branch I have ever dealt with the teller with grey hair had no idea what she was doing could not even handle processing a payment!
