It's not the name Fulton Bank that makes the bank it's the people who work there that retains the people ! This particular branch has a lot of good ones but also a bad one with a attitude problem enough to make us talk about removing our funds and going to another bank ! Been dealing with Fulton bank for over 40 years and my experience yesterday has left a sour taste ! A few after hours seminars on customer relations is needed for this teller !

I will never bank with Fulton Bank. I'm trying to cash a check written on an account at Fulton Bank, but because I don't have an account at Fulton Bank, they want to charge me $5 to cash the check. I will never come back to Fulton Bank.
I heard about this branch doing this same thing someone else, and her account has been messed up for months, because of their error and they can't figure it out. It caused the poor woman lots of embarassment. She has had many returned checks and has had to deal with the problems, which is very stressful, when she can. She doesn't drive so this a very big inconvienience to her.
this bank has frozen my account now twice for no reason, first they said it was in "Float" which in essence is frozen. Then they froze my account saying we needed to provide proof of address when you cannot open an account without proof of address.
