Has saved my bacon on more than 1 occasion. had to take money out, let me use a slip of paper explaining my ID situation, immediately froze my card after I got defrauded, and helped me get below the required threshold to receive benefits from Social Security when I needed to get money out and the ATMs were messed-up everywhere.
