Worst bank we have ever dealt with. I can't even give them one star. I had to or I could not post this.
I had an issue with my mortgage loan, so made an appointment at this branch, and Stewart took care of me and made sure everything was accounted for.
I have never dealt with a bank that generated so many errors on my accounts, that I am going to speak to my attorneys about what recourse I have do to their gross incompetence Post Script: I was forced to give them a minimum of one star, which they did not deserve
The website says lobby hour 9 - 5 doors are locked. Have to go through drive through and the vacuum doesn't work properly. They need to operate like all other banks and unlock the doors and accept customer's
Appointment only? I never heard of a bank doing that!
