If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a savings account and I opened a checking account and they said I could transfer money back and forth 12 times a quarter. I specifically asked the manager what happens when you go over that and she said nothing it just won’t go through. I was charged $132.00 because I went over. I had to call Downingtown Fulton to try to get my money back because I was lied to by the Exton manager and Ara from Downingtown said he would refund me $48.00 of the $132.00. They require you to come in , in-person to fix a minor security issue. Or if you cancel your debit card due to a fraudulent transaction. If you are out of state temporarily, don't expect to use their bank. they don't have a way to handle it. If you have an urgent need you may wait on the phone a couple hours. I had a bank rep put my statement mailing address to their branch instead of my home.

Opened a joint bank account with my husband, and the man helping us, put my husband as the primary account holder, and didn’t even ask if that was our preference. Didn’t wanna take it personally but, that’s so insanely dated and sexist. Do better. It’s 2024. Other than that, the customer service was great.
